Who is Arrive Internet?

Why is Catalon at Lago Mar transitioning from Comcast Xfinity to Arrive Internet?
Answer: The transition is being made to ensure residents of Catalon at Lago Mar receive the best possible internet service that meets the community’s evolving needs, such as enhanced speed and reliability.
When will the transition take place?
Answer: The transition from Comcast Xfinity to Arrive Internet is scheduled for 10/31/2023. It’s important to be prepared for the change to ensure a smooth process.
Will there be any disruptions in service during the transition?
Answer: There may be minimal disruptions as the transition takes place. However, Arrive Internet and the Catalon at Lago Mar management are working closely to ensure any interruptions are short-lived.
Do I need to be present in my apartment for installation?
Answer: On your building’s scheduled day, please be available or ensure someone is present between 9am and 5pm. If you are not available on your building’s planned day, the apartment complex will coordinate with Arrive Internet on your behalf. You are not required to be home. Please allow access to your apartment, so Arrive Internet technicians can perform the necessary installations.
What will be the new billing date with Arrive Internet?
Answer: Your first billing date with Arrive Internet will be on the 11/01/2023. This will be a full bill (nothing is prorated). The first of each month will be the regular billing cycle moving forward.
How do I set up my new Arrive Internet account?
Answer: You will receive an email from Arrive Internet with instructions on how to set up your new account. It will involve creating a username, password, and setting up your payment details.
Do I need to cancel my Comcast Xfinity Internet service?
Answer: Yes. To cancel your Comcast Xfinity service, you should call Xfinity Customer Service at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489). Explain the community’s transition, and they will guide you through the cancellation process. Remember to return any equipment you have rented from them to avoid additional charges.
Will there be any changes in the internet package or speed with Arrive Internet?
Answer: Arrive Internet is committed to providing high-speed internet. The packages and speed details will be communicated to all residents prior to the transition. Until 10/14/2023, Arrive will be offering an Early Sign Up Special. When you switch to Arrive Internet and show us your current internet bill, we’ll match your plan price and double your speed! Is there a contract or commitment period with Arrive Internet?
Answer: No. Arrive Internet does not require any service contracts or commitment periods.
